Shopping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
For inside Qatar we provide our self shipping method which costs based on area. For outside the country, we ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, or Aramex.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Usually, inside Qatar, we deliver your orders within a few hours. Some order becomes delayed which we deliver on the next day. For outside the country, we provide the tracking number to the customer to track shipments.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. For international orders, cash on delivery isn't allowed. You must have to pay online to proceed with the order.
DO YOU DELIVER ON HOLIDAY?
We don't deliver your orders on holiday. In case if you need your order to be delivered on holiday please contact our customer service, they'll assist you

We accept all types of Debit, Credit cards, and cash on delivery. For outside, Qatar delivery payment must be done through Debit or Credit cards

Orders and Returns

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER?
You have 1 hour to change or cancel your order from the time you placed. In that case, we recommended you to please send an email to us or inform us through Whatsapp chat
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, it's not compulsory to create an account to make an order. You can checkout as a guest. However, we suggest creating an account to save the address for the next order and to get an alert on sale notification.
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
Our customer service working hour is 9 AM to 9 PM (GMT +3). Please send us an email or start a chat through WhatsApp. within a few moments support team will join you.
DO YOU ACCEPT REFUND OR EXCHANGE?
Yes, we accept exchange items within 14 days from the purchase date due to any valid reason. We don't give a cash refund for any order. To exchange any items, the customer should pay the delivery charge.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EXCHANGE?
Our items are original. It's very rare to us that someone wants to exchange items due to quality, for the size before sending items we make sure about the size. If you want to send us any extra size with the delivery team, please contact us through Whatsapp after placed an order. Usually, we do exchange items within 48 hours. In case if it's getting late, you can contact us to follow up.
